escendants of Thomas McNerney, born cir 1801, Glin, County Limerick, Ireland, and Mary Enright, and their eight children. The entire family came to the States in the mid 1860s and the children settled as follows: Mary in Geneva, New York; Patrick in Zanesville, Ohio; Timothy and Michael in Kansas City, Missouri; Bridget and John in Seattle, Washington; Margaret in Pittsburg, Kansas; Thomas in Horton, Kansas. Many of the McInerneys stayed behind in Ireland or left later.
